Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape comfortably level.

Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist without pulling the tape too tight.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally with your feet together.

Length

For dresses and tops, measure from the highest shoulder point down to the hemline.
