Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, tracking information may be sent to you by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
