1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.
If you are a consumer with a legal right to cancel an online order, you may also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging should be included where applicable
- The item must be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, odors, or visible signs of wear
- You must contact us before sending any item back
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation email, may be required
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel, underwear, bodysuits, or swimwear where applicable
- Sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us by email before sending any item back. Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for your return request
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a wrong item, damaged item, or defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return receipt until your refund or exchange has been completed. Qivaroza is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
If an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
7. Original Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or required by applicable law. If a standard delivery fee is required to be refunded under applicable consumer protection laws, it will be refunded according to those rules. Extra charges for upgraded or express delivery may not be refundable.
8. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow the return process after delivery.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please first check your bank account or payment statement again.

12. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because customs duties or local charges were not paid, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
13. Your Legal Rights
This Returns & Exchanges Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is any conflict between this policy and your mandatory legal rights, your mandatory legal rights will apply.
